Our poly lumber furniture is made from 100% recycled milk jugs that are ultimately transformed into precision cut furniture parts (more about the process at our website). All poly furniture has UV sun protection and is resistant to insects, fungi and salt spray. Pieces come in a wide range of colors, from bright, vibrant tropical colors to more subtle browns, grays and greens. Enjoy Adirondack chairs, full outdoor dining sets, gliders, sofas, loveseats, bars and picnic tables.

For those who have yet to get the opportunity to stop by our new and improved Peninsula showroom at 1770-B Main St., we hope these photos will encourage you to do so! The new location has nearly doubled our square footage and as a result our display of floor models is now larger than ever. We recognized it was difficult for our customers to purchase a piece from our website without being able to see it in person and get a feel for the quality and care that goes into the building of each piece. This new space has enabled us to show a much wider range of different styles and designs so our customers can see first hand the quality and design that goes in to every piece of Ohio Hardwood Furniture. From TV stands, to dining room tables and chair sets, to bedroom furniture, we are confident we’ll be able to hand build a beautiful piece of heirloom quality furniture that captures your design and functional wishes.
The new location is just across the street from our previous location on Riverview Rd. Note that although our new location has a Main St. address it is located behind 1770-A Main St. and is not actually visible from Main St. The main entrance is on Riverview Rd just south of the Riverview Rd. and Main St. intersection. We do still have our small store at 1663 Main St. just west of the river with its own unique pieces and smaller gift items. Ohio Hardwood Furniture is excited to announce that several of our pieces will be featured in actor/director Corbin Bernsen’s new film 3 Day Test. Filmed in Akron, 3 Day Test is, according to Bernsen, a family Christmas film about a disgruntled father who, after becoming altogether fed up with the state of his family, locks them in their house and shuts off the water and electricity to see how the family copes. The movie is set to be released sometime before Christmas 2012.
Bernsen earned Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for his role as lawyer Arnold Becker in the television seriesL.A Law,a role he held for the entire run of the show from 1986 to 1994. He currently stars as retired police detective Henry Spencer in the USA Network’sPsych.Bernsen is also awaiting the July 3 release of his film25 Hill,also filmed largely in Northeast Ohio, about an 11-year old boy’s efforts to compete in and save the financially floundering All American Soap Box Derby.
